We’re now ready to reveal that we have a virtual reality headset available to offer out to lessons and clubs. There are some great apps available to use with the headset that covers a broad range of subjects. The system is all mobile so it can be transported to any classroom quite easily and it hooks up to the TV in your room allowing everyone to see what the user can.
We’re happy to give anyone a demo to see how it could be used in your lessons. A few examples of apps available are:
Timescope – In the last century it was common to spend an evening viewing stereographs or stereoscope images (3D pictures) of various locations, events, and people. We are bringing this experience into a VR environment and bringing history to life!
INSIGHT HEART VR – INSIGHT HEART VR is the first app from a planned series for the medical education of the future. Within INSIGHT HEART VR a virtual companion called „ANI“ guides you through the functions of the application. Incredibly impressive visuals of myocardial infarction, arterial hypertension and atrial fibrillation enrich the experience and take medical education to the next level.
HoloTour – With HoloTour, you can explore the beauty and history of Rome or uncover the hidden secrets of Machu Picchu.
