Q. There is no sound coming from the Surface Pro to the TV
This is usually because the default output device is not the TV. Click the speaker icon on the taskbar, then click the dropdown menu above and choose the “Sony TV” option
Q. My Pen Tools are no longer Visible in Microsoft Word
This is because you have changed your View to Web view, if you change it back to Print Layout by clicking View and then choose “Print Layout” from the Top menu
