Introduction<\/h2>\n

We have or will be moving curriculum resources from the S drive (S:\\Secondary\\DEPARTMENT)<\/strong> to an Office 365 group.\u00a0 This will have no effect on how you access them other than they will be in a different folder.\u00a0 It will also mean you can access resources from home without going through VMware.<\/p>\n

Quick start<\/h3>\n

  1. Browse to your curriculum area on the S drive.<\/li>\n
  2. Double-click the shortcut file in there\n
      \n
    1. If you haven\u2019t already logged in to OneDrive, you will have to type in your password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    2. The files will be available through File Explorer under \u201cKettering Buccleuch Academy\u201d then the applicable folder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      More info<\/h3>\n

      To access the resources, go to your department\u2019s folder on the S drive (eg. S:\\Secondary\\English) and click on the file in there (eg. \u201cEnglish resources.exe\u201d).\u00a0 The files will then be accessible through \u201cThis PC\u201d or \u201cWindows Explorer\u201d or however else you usually access your files.\u00a0 There will be a folder called \u201cKettering Buccleuch Academy\u201d and underneath there will be the resources folder and any others you have access to.<\/p>\n

      The files will not all download immediately.\u00a0 They will download as and when needed.\u00a0 This is to save on disk space.<\/p>\n
