It is important you do this properly.  Closing the lid is not enough.  To make sure you are restarting properly, follow this guide &#8211; <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4028376\/windows-10-restart-reboot-your-pc\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4028376\/windows-10-restart-reboot-your-pc<\/a><\/strong> <br><\/li><li>Check Sims and see if you are able to login. If you are able to login, you are now connected to KBA.
