Issues with connectivity to KBA from home

This guide is for anyone who is experiencing issues with SIMS or accessing any content that normally works when you are at KBA.

Make sure these steps are followed in order.

  1. Restart your device. It is important you do this properly. Closing the lid is not enough. To make sure you are restarting properly, follow this guide – https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028376/windows-10-restart-reboot-your-pc
  2. Check Sims and see if you are able to login. If you are able to login, you are now connected to KBA. Only perform Step 3 if you have completed Step 1 correctly and you are still unable to login.
  3. Check that you are able to view the following website: https://da.kba.uk/IPHTTPS
